We are excited to host the inaugural Operation Ripple Effect Swimming Challenge on April 20, 2024 at the Jamestown YMCA. This is our primary fundraising initiative and the funds raised will be use to support our giving plan. Registration is now open!

Operation Ripple Effect is open to swimmers of all ages and experience levels, however you should have basic swimming ability and be able to swim at least one lap of a pool unassisted. 

Cost is $25 per swimmer. Each swimmer is encouraged to get at least $100 in pledges or sponsors from their friends and family via the online platform or paper form.

In addition to the swimming challenge, we are also hosting a basket raffle in the gym at the YMCA at the same time as the swimming challenge. We will have a large number of baskets and other items donated from businesses and community members. We hope you can stop by and check it out!
